Our Manifesto

Three steps between a raw pod and a moment you won’t forget.

01. The Craft

Stone mills turn nibs into silk over three long days. No shortcuts, no additives — just cacao, a little cane sugar, and patience measured in hours rather than minutes.

02 . The Bean

We source rare heirloom cacao directly from family farms in Ecuador and Madagascar. Every sack is roasted here, in small drums, until the room smells of dark cherry and toast.

03. The Table

Then we hand it to you — a warm cup, a shared board of truffles, a corner seat by the window. This is chocolate as a place to sit, not a thing to grab.
